Designline Olive Oil Shampoo and Conditioner Review

I recently tried out Designline Olive Oil shampoo and conditioner.  It was sent to me by Laura at Regis Salons, and I am glad they gave me a chance to try them!  You all know I love hair products to I was excited to try them out.

The first thing that struck me about this shampoo and conditioner set was that they were green! You don’t see many green sets do you?  Or have I just never noticed them?  Anyway, I thought that was pretty cool.  They both leave my hair squeaky clean and smelling lovely.

The shampoo is really high quality and leaves my hair feeling fresh and clean.  I always wash my hair twice to get it extra clean but I did experiment and only use it once on one or two occasions and it still left my hair feeling thoroughly clean.  The shampoo leaves my hair fresh without drying it out and the conditioner really nourishes my hair without leaving it oily or flat.   I especially love the conditioner (I'm mad on good conditioners).   If you keep up to date with my blog, you'll know that I need a super strength conditioner to keep my hair soft due to lots of blowdries.  The Olive Oil conditioner manages to keep my hair soft and tangle free, it hits the spot!

As I mentioned earlier, this set is named after olives but im glad to say they don’t smell like them!  I hate passing olive stalls in markets because I think they always smell disgusting, anyone agree?  But, and im glad there is a but, this set smells wonderful.  I especially love the smell of the conditioner.  I like leaving conditioner on my hair for as long as possible before washing it off so it is really important to me that it smells nice.  The smell itself is hard to describe, it reminds me of some sort of sweets but I cant put my finger on which ones...

The Olive Oil shampoo and conditioner can be found at   I'd definitely use them both again, especially the conditioner, but I do wish the shampoo was sulphate free as I find it better for my hair.

Have you tried this set before?  What were your thoughts?
